Research Products Only

All products sold by Pure Research Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption.

Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.

Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product received
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Missing items from your order
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged packaging upon delivery

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Remain in their original packaging
  • Include all original labels and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Charges

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
